How often when the stationery bill arrives do you go ” How Much ? ” or your order comes in and you find that you already had most of the stuff in stock ? Here are a few tips and ideas to help save you some money and get you a bit more organised

  • Give one person the responsibility of keeping the stationery cupboard stocked up. Unless he or she is on holiday, off sick…… no one else is allowed to order.
  • Make sure you keep your paper in a dry place – preferably off a stone floor. It will get damp.
  • Do you really need to print on that  posh paper for internal use ? ….should you printing that memo off any way ? Would 75 grm paper suffice?
  • Keep the tops on all your felt tips and marker pens – they dry out really quickly
  • Print on both sides. Unless your office  printer is really old, print on both sides it will save you loads in paper.
  • Try compatible cartridges – they are way cheaper and just as good.
  • Try an own brand rather than a branded product – it will save you loads of money.
