Each day, you spend a large amount of your time at your desk. It can help your working day go a little smoother by having some of these useful items available.  Of course the list could be huge, because everyone’s requirements will be different. 1. Healthy snacks

Eating healthy snacks like cereal, almonds, nuts, yogurt and fruit will keep you both full and provide slow energy release  throughout the day. Don’t forget to keep a bottle of water to keep you hydrated. It has been proved that your mind is more alert if your body is well hydrated

2. Head-Sets

If you are on the phone most of the day – it is worth investing in a wireless headset. This means you are not trying to scrunch your neck and shoulder together to keep your phone to your ear while you are trying to write a message. You can  also stand up and walk around whilst talking – again, very good for you and gives your back and neck a rest as well. 3. A cosy cardigan or jumper

6. First aid supplies

First aid supplies include Band-Aids, eye drops, nose drops, vitamins, pain killers and etc. You can tailor these according to your needs. For example; if you wear lenses, you need to have eye drops and eye solution or if you have a sore throat, it is better to keep a pack of lozenges handy

7. Deodorant and Cleansing Wipes

Especially in the spring and summer months, you may need this. Also, if you have a plan to go out right after work, it will come in  handy.

8. A spare phone charger or phone battery

Don’t let your phone battery drain down to 0. The battery  life is shortened every time you let it go to nothing. If you want to use your phone longer, keep a spare phone charger in the office and charge your phone when it starts getting below 10 percent.
